Overview
QuackScan is operated by a Private Entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine. By using QuackScan, you agree to the following terms.
Authorized use only
QuackScan is designed exclusively for businesses and individuals to assess the security of their own web applications and infrastructure, or systems they have explicit written authorization to test. QuackScan is not a tool for unauthorized access or any form of malicious activity. All users must confirm domain ownership or authorization before initiating any assessment. Misuse will result in immediate account termination.
Acceptable use
You may only scan domains you own or have explicit authorization to test. Scanning third-party systems without permission is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
You agree not to use QuackScan to:
- -Scan any system without clear authorization
- -Attempt to disrupt or overload our service
- -Redistribute reports for commercial purposes without permission
- -Use the service for any illegal or malicious activity
Scanning
Default scans are read-only and check only publicly accessible information. Optional features (credential testing, write-permission checks) require your explicit opt-in. You are fully responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization for every scan.
Payment
Preview reports are free. Full reports cost $25, paid one-time per scan. Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) for card payments or via on-chain USDC transfers for crypto payments.

Report delivery
Reports are available for download for 24 hours after generation. After that, they are permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading your report promptly.
Disclaimer
QuackScan provides automated security assessments. Our reports identify common vulnerabilities and misconfigurations but do not guarantee complete security coverage. QuackScan is not a substitute for a professional security audit or compliance review.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on our reports.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuackScan, its operator, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or unauthorized use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including scanning unauthorized systems.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QuackScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
