Overview
QuackScan is a security scanning service. By using it, you agree to the following terms.
Acceptable use
You may only scan domains you own or have explicit authorization to test. Scanning third-party systems without permission is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
You agree not to use QuackScan to:
- -Scan systems you do not own or have permission to test
- -Attempt to disrupt or overload our service
- -Redistribute scan reports for commercial purposes
Scanning
Default scans are read-only and check only publicly accessible information. Optional features (credential testing, write-permission checks) require your explicit opt-in. You are responsible for choosing which scan options to enable.
Payment
Preview reports are free. Full reports cost $1, paid one-time per scan. We accept card and crypto payments. All sales are final — once a report is generated and delivered, refunds are not available.
Report delivery
Reports are available for download for 24 hours after generation. After that, they are permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading your report promptly.
Disclaimer
QuackScan provides automated security checks. Our reports identify common vulnerabilities and misconfigurations but do not guarantee complete security coverage. QuackScan is not a substitute for a professional penetration test or security audit.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on our reports.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including scanning unauthorized systems.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QuackScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
