Refund Policy

Digital product

QuackScan scans are run for free and you receive a preview of the results at no cost. Payment is only required to unlock the full detailed report. Because you can review the preview before purchasing, the full report is a digital product that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

When we issue refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

  • -You paid to unlock the full report but it was not delivered due to a technical error
  • -The full report was empty or contained no meaningful findings beyond what was shown in the free preview, due to a technical error on our side
  • -You were charged multiple times for the same scan

When we do not issue refunds

Refunds are not available if:

  • -The full report was successfully unlocked and delivered
  • -The scan found no vulnerabilities (a clean report is still a valid result — you can verify this in the free preview before paying)
  • -You scanned the wrong domain by mistake (the free preview lets you confirm the target before purchasing)

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@quackscan.xyz with your scan ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Payment processor

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, tax, and chargebacks. For crypto payments (USDC), refunds are processed directly to your wallet address.
